We have spent more than a year trying to educate voting Coloradans on the importance of not only their casting their vote, but voting for the candidates that will help restore our State and this Country to what it was when we all inherited it. Mark Twain said, “If you don’t read the newspaper you are uninformed, if you do read the newspaper you are misinformed”. Our job of educating the voting public has been made more difficult because of the lack of information and the misinformation they receive on a daily basis from all forms of the news media. It is alarming to think about how much more damage will be done to our country if we don’t send more Republicans to Washington to stop the Democrats’ reckless agenda…

I know we are all working hard to get our Republican candidates elected, but I am going to repeat myself: this kind of work is hard, and it sure isn’t glamorous, but it is necessary if we are going to turn more seats red in November. We must continue to organize in our communities, we must stuff those door hangers, distribute them, knock on doors, and educate the voters on how they must vote to return Colorado to what it was when we inherited it. Our state is truly at a crossroads, and we cannot miss this opportunity to make a difference! Join us September 21st for our GANAHL DAY MEETING!  We are going to hear from Danny Moore, our Lieutenant Governor candidate.  As a plus, Heidi’s Mom, Susie, will be bringing us some Heidi STUFF! Our Mission to get Republicans elected was aided at our Lincoln Day Picnic at The Wiens Ranch in August.  We raised funds that will be used to help get Republicans elected, plus we had a great time!  We were honored to have nearly all of our candidates show and share some time with us.  We know they all have very busy schedules and realize that they can’t be everywhere at once. We are about halfway between Spring and Summer, and our May meeting will be our last until September. I hope you all will take the summer break from meetings to get out and work to help the candidate of your choice get elected. We are patriotic women who love America and will fight to take back our country! Caucus is over, and I hope “Congratulations” is in order for many of you on being elected Precinct Committee People and/or Delegates to the County Assembly on March 19th where you will vote on who will be the nominees for the county level elected offices. I also hope those of you that were elected Delegates or Alternates to the County Assembly are planning to run to be Delegates to the State Assembly where you will be eligible to vote on who will be the nominees for the state level elected offices. When we elect these candidates to run for county or state level offices, we must give that vote a lot of consideration. Welcome to February 2022, DCRW Members! I am proud to say that our work each day to support and build up other Republicans directly contributes to building an America where freedom truly flourishes. Still, we all must remain dedicated to educating Americans about the consequences our great nation will face if Republicans aren’t elected in November. To start the New Year, I want to thank the amazing group of patriots that make up the DCRW membership for their continued support. 2022 is a year that can bring great change to the state of Colorado and to our country, but we need help from all of you to accomplish this change. We will work hard to bring you the most relevant speakers, candidates and information to help you make an informed decision before the time comes to vote. This year, we must get actively involved and help make phone calls, knock on doors and get the word out about our great Republican candidates.  This is the year that together we can help the voters understand how important it is to vote conservative, or to suffer the consequences of inaction.…

Once again, time has flown by and we look forward to seeing you this month, at our last meeting of the year. We have elected new officers for the National Federation of Republican Women and the Colorado Federation of Republican Women.  These women will begin serving in January of 2022. We will elect officers who will serve DCRW in 2022-2023 at our November 17th meeting. As I mentioned in October the word of the year for Republican Women of Colorado in 2022 is FREEDOM.  We are going to have to work harder than ever, because there are those who are trying to take that FREEDOM from us.
