Douglas County Commissioner Lora Thomas represents District III. Lora, who’s a longtime member of Douglas County Republican Women, kept her promise as the Douglas County Coroner to bring accountability to that Office. Lora served with the Colorado State Patrol for 26 years – she was the first woman Captain and Major, and she has a long history of working collaboratively with other agencies, managing public sector budgets, and developing and implementing public policy.
